Sandbox’s money-saving process to sell your property
1. Sign up with our package
Customers will either sign up with our INR 10/Sqft for flats, INR 50/Sqyd for Plots or INR 60/Sqmt for plots. They will then receive a compliance email to fill in.
2. Get Conveyancing
To get the process moving quicker get a call from our in house Conveyancing team (if you are moving onward) and conveyancing team to see how this can fast-track your move.
3. Getting your property live
If you have signed up with any of our package, you will receive instructions on how to send your property information. Our local agent will get in touch to get the photos / Video done and get your property live.
4. Viewings
Now your property is live, you will be able to log in to your portal and see the performance and tracking and host your viewings. In other words you just sit back and we’ll do it all.
5.Offers
Great that you’ve now got an offer. Once you action it, an account manager will be in touch with negotiation and acceptance. Once you have accepted an offer, the account manager will send you information regarding the next steps.
6. Conveyancing process
You will need a Conveyancer to act for you. If using Sandbox to sell we can do this for you so why not make it a one-stop-shop? We will keep the legal fees absolutely fixed. We will also provide you with 24/7 Live Case Tracking abilities.
7. Survey
Around 3-5 weeks down, your buyer is likely to have a survey done on your property -A home buyers survey. We will provide your contact details to the surveyors for access. If the survey comes back lower than market value we will help you renegotiate
8. Exchange
Once both conveyancers are satisfied, both sides will sign an Agreement which will then be exchanged. It is at this point where you will be legally bound to the sale of the property. This usually happens 45 days before completion.
9. Completion
Completion is finally here! You will receive a call from your conveyancer to say the sale is completed and you can move out. Keys are exchanged directly via yourself and the buyer.
